Sherri helped us buy and sell this home. What should have been a easy sale turned into a complicated process. During the inspection, we discovered we needed to have our roof replaced (on a five year old home). She worked with the buyers agent to keep the sale on track and came out to meet with the roofers. She was in close contact with the closing agent and attorney. She even reviewed our closing statement on Christmas Eve. Although she wasn't allowed to be with us during the closing due to COVID, she was available by phone and text.
